My Counseling Approach

I purposefully keep a small client load to ensure that each client or couple gets my all. I give practical real-life homework that we revisit them during the next session. I emphasize a strong mind-body connection and I will encourage you to eat healthy, exercise, get plenty of sleep and to maintain a social life. If you’re experiencing anxiety, we will talk about lowering your news consumption. I believe that judging others harshly leads to us judging ourselves in the same way.

My counseling approach incorporates multiple frameworks:

Narrative Therapy, Evolutionary Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, The Cottman Method for Couples and solid evidence-based research.
